The piece was painted in 1990, by Samuel E Vázquez aka BRAME, on a rooftop adjacent to an elevated subway line in The Bronx. The colors used are silver, plum, navy blue, and white. The physical painting no longer exists.

Vázquez is a former New York City style writer. By 1983, he became more active in writing and painting the subways. He is a member of writing crews from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx. Vázquez was featured in the exhibition City as Canvas: New York City Graffiti from the 70s and 80s (2017-2018) at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. He was one of the feature artists to paint the showcase mural wall at the 39th Annual New York City Graffiti Hall of Fame and Hip Hop Festival (2019) in East Harlem, New York.
